Responsibilities

  • Build the partner services operating model, including engagement paths, governance, quality controls, escalations, and feedback loops.
  • Create a maturity path from partner preparation through guided delivery to independent customer delivery.
  • Develop partner capability through real engagements, enablement, coaching, and reusable playbooks.
  • Define accountability among Glean, partners, and customers for implementation, adoption, outcomes, and ongoing support.
  • Select, segment, and match services partners to customer opportunities based on capability, customer needs, and delivery risk.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Partner Development, Applied AI, Post-Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Technical Enablement, and Partner Operations.
  • Establish measures for partner participation, delivery quality, customer outcomes, adoption, consumption, and expansion.
  • Represent field needs in partner tooling, support processes, and product feedback.
  • Apply AI to improve services operations, partner capability, delivery quality, or measurement with human review and quality controls.

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling a professional services, consulting, delivery, or partner-led services practice in an enterprise SaaS, technology, or consulting environment.
  • Experience managing delivery quality, capacity, utilization, profitability, governance, or escalations.
  • Track record of creating repeatable operating processes in early-stage, fast-growing, or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience developing partner or delivery-team capability through customer work, coaching, enablement, or readiness programs.
  • Strong technical credibility across enterprise applications, integrations, cloud platforms, APIs, or AI solutions, including risk evaluation and escalation guidance.
  • Ability to influence Sales, Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, and executive stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Data-informed approach to improving services motions and connecting operating measures and field feedback to customer outcomes.
  • Comfort working as a hands-on individual contributor and working leader before a larger team or resource model is established.
  • Practical AI fluency, including using AI to improve delivery, operations, partner capability, or productivity while validating outputs and managing customer risk.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
