Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery workshops and document business requirements, scenarios, and use cases.
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics solution configuration and presentations for business and cross-track scenarios.
- Design and validate cross-track solutions and review project design documents and solution artifacts.
- Assist with program, application, data, reporting, integration, security, and cutover strategies.
- Lead training, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Lead Consultants and Analysts, manage applicable performance and administrative tasks, and approve timesheets, expenses, and leave.
- Mentor junior team members and provide effective leadership across teams and projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations functional configuration.
- Deep knowledge of implementing D365 Finance across GL, AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets, Budget, and Intercompany modules.
- Deep knowledge of designing D365 Finance integrations with external applications such as xP&A systems, data lakes, analytics systems, Board, TB systems, banks, and other applications.
- At least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.
- ExFlow AP invoice automation experience is good to have.
- Willingness and ability to work under a six-month fixed-term employment contract and report onsite daily in Sydney CBD.
