Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems that support scaling AI solutions for over 167,000 customers.
- Develop reliable and scalable data collection and processing pipelines for machine learning models.
- Create services to serve AI models in production environments.
- Contribute to evolving the architecture of AI agents for improved performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership and customer-centric product thinking.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic AI applications in production.
- Strong track record in building scalable, distributed systems for AI capabilities.
- Proficient in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
- Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Deep knowledge of asynchronous processing and distributed task queues.
- Strong understanding of database technologies and ORMs.
- Comfortable with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration.
- Skilled in designing and building robust APIs.
- Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
