Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, and Java.
- Deliver automated quality assurance across web and API applications.
- Automate APIs using Rest Assured.
- Work hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Integrate quality practices and automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Linux, scripting, and data warehouse environments.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, and Java.
- Hands-on API automation experience using Rest Assured.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Teradata.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
- Working knowledge of Linux, scripting, SQL Server, and data warehouse environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools such as Copilot or Claude is a plus.
