Base Salary
$91k - $139k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps tooling, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to resolve infrastructure and service issues.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor and optimize DevOps tools and infrastructure.
- Develop and support AI solutions that improve developer productivity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on DevOps practices.
- Contribute to enterprise DevOps standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work with business users to provide solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Solve highly complex issues and independently create highly complex solutions.
- Ensure the security and compliance of DevOps tools and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents and issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- DevOps Engineer: associate degree plus 5 years of related experience, bachelor’s degree plus 3 years, or master’s degree plus 0–1 year.
- Senior DevOps Engineer: associate degree plus 7 years of related experience, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 5 years, or master’s degree plus 3 years.
- Proven experience implementing and managing DevOps practices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
- Strong proficiency with configuration management tools and practices.
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise with AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Understanding of Terraform and CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with Python or Go scripting.
- Understanding of security practices and compliance requirements in a DevOps environment.
- Atlassian suite experience is a plus.
