Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop large-scale backend software applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Design and implement scalable solutions and product improvements for the Mobile Device Management platform.
- Build, deploy, and operate microservices serving millions of user endpoints.
- Apply software design patterns, API best practices, and high-quality coding practices.
- Develop responsive messaging and client-server functionality.
- Collaborate with Apple, Google, and industry leaders on enterprise mobility solutions for iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and Windows devices.
- Use AI-powered tools and contribute to multi-agent systems to improve software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of Kotlin or Java software development experience for product applications or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience working with highly scalable software systems.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, relational database design, and development.
- Experience with API best practices, REST service development, and Spring Boot.
- Experience creating both client-side and server-side development for responsive messaging.
- Experience with RabbitMQ; familiarity with Kafka is preferred.
- Hands-on experience developing microservices and deploying them on ECS and AWS.
- Caching systems expertise and experience with Redis is preferred.
- Strong Kotlin expertise is preferred.
