Responsibilities
- Develop tools and capabilities extending Lattice OS for cyber asset command and control, offensive cyber missions, networking, and remote asset management.
- Collaborate with customers, product designers, and engineering teams to shape and build software products and applications.
- Build, test, deploy, and demonstrate mission-critical code with end users.
- Travel up to 25% for customer events and real-world capability deployments.
- Contribute reusable components and software services across multiple Anduril product lines.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or physics.
- At least 3 years of experience working with multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript.
- Experience building software involving significant data processing and analysis.
- Ability to understand complex systems and established codebases quickly.
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance that can be maintained.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent autonomous systems, real-world deployments, behavior trees, flight or safety-critical systems, distributed communication networks, message standards, and military systems or tactics.
