Responsibilities
- Define and implement an end-to-end AI-driven software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.
- Build AI-powered reverse-engineering processes for applications, code, databases, APIs, UIs, and business rules.
- Establish specification-driven development in which approved specifications drive architecture, code, tests, and documentation.
- Design AI agent workflows for architecture, coding, SQL and data modeling, APIs, UI, testing, code review, and validation.
- Implement specification-to-code, specification-to-test, traceability, and validation mechanisms.
- Define governance, security, quality gates, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI-generated artifacts.
- Evaluate and integrate agentic development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in software architecture and AI.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agentic AI.
- Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, SDLC automation, reverse engineering, and forward engineering.
- Knowledge of specification-driven development and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with .NET or Java, Angular or React, APIs, SQL, Python, and Azure or cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, prompt and context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise security.
- Preferred experience building an AI SDLC or agentic engineering framework from proof of concept through enterprise adoption.
- Preferred experience with legacy modernization and AI-based engineering.
