Base Salary
$90k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to distributor sales teams and dealer technical staff.
- Build reusable use-case guides, reference designs, configuration standards, and signal-path documentation.
- Develop technical positioning across multiple vertical deployments and support complex, multisite pre-sales opportunities.
- Scope, specify, and position systems based on end-customer requirements.
- Serve as the technical escalation path for product, workflow, and integration questions.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and support partner positioning.
- Identify expansion opportunities involving additional platform capabilities or hardware.
- Maintain a demo environment for partner training and feature launches.
- Aggregate partner feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.
- Provide technical support at industry and integrator-facing events.
Requirements
- High school graduation or an equivalent degree is required; a BS/BA is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of industry or professional AV experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in ProAV or video infrastructure is required.
- Hands-on ability to design, scope, and specify systems is required.
- System build and installation experience or equivalent field experience is expected.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, API workflows, cloud-based video distribution, and encoder/decoder signal paths is required.
- Ability to train groups and communicate technical details to technical and non-technical leaders is required.
- Experience supporting indirect or partner-led sales motions and hands-on system design and installation experience are preferred.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to travel are required.
