Base Salary
$180k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the GTM tech stack.
- Ensure seamless data flow across the customer lifecycle from marketing lead to sales conversion.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership.
- Translate complex departmental requirements into a multi-quarter technical roadmap.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, including automated testing and security protocols.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Force.com development experience with a deep understanding of Apex, LWC, and platform limits.
- Proven track record of designing complex enterprise integrations and managing high-volume data pipelines.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to navigate complex relational databases and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a prioritized backlog in Jira or similar tools.
