Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve scalable and highly reliable services.
- Deliver and improve engineering systems and practices for complex cloud environments.
- Design and automate service-scale features and customer requirements.
- Investigate pre-production and production issues and implement and deploy fixes.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, typically one week every 6–8 weeks, within a secure facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with proven coding experience, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access based on a Single Scope Background Investigation with Polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
- Preferred experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies, operating-system-to-cloud debugging, large-scale production services, logging, monitoring, alerting, reliability and availability measurement, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Preferred ability to communicate and collaborate with Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security Researchers, and Data Scientists.
