Responsibilities
- Define a concrete scope and deliverables for the first 90 days across engineering, product, or operations.
- Build and improve the platform that helps service businesses coordinate AI workers and human judgment.
- Own a key area based on prior experience and the needs of the business.
- Work across engineering, product, or operational responsibilities according to strengths and business needs.
Requirements
- Typically 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product with lasting impact, or running a service business in a relevant sector.
- A clear perspective on what to own and deliver during the first 90 days.
- Comfort working across engineering, product, or operational responsibilities.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco if required.
