Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic customers.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders.
Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures.
Design, validate, and document reference architectures and best-practice deployment patterns.
Drive advanced PoCs, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
Act as a single point of technical authority for key customer scenarios.
Support strategic marketing initiatives and provide technical thought leadership.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects.

10+ years of experience in senior technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
Proven track record of delivering complex presales engagements.
Deep hands-on experience with large-scale ML-based workloads.
Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and MLOps.
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
Deep understanding of GPU computing stacks for ML/AI workloads.
Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
A highly customer-centric mindset balancing customer needs and product strategy.
