Responsibilities
- Analyze customer demands, existing system architectures, business processes, and technical requirements to create end-to-end IT solutions.
- Define architecture rules and specifications and evaluate alternative solutions based on effort, price, time, quality, operability, and performance.
- Lead and support software developers building new solutions and maintaining existing environments.
- Design and implement application integrations, system specifications, technical standards, and solution documentation.
- Deliver showcases, pilots, proofs of concept, and rapid deployments.
- Consult with customers on technical realization and resolve differences between business and technical requirements.
- Design test drivers, simulators, automation, logical test cases, test infrastructure, and release criteria.
- Support solution preparation, testing, rollouts, compliance, operational improvements, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Master's degree in information technology.
- LSA certification and product certifications where applicable.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, solution proposals, Scrum, and product expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL, Jira, and SAFe.
- Experience in business analysis, business process design, and end-to-end IT solution design.
- Experience introducing comprehensive IT solutions in complex application landscapes, including analysis, preparation, testing, and rollout participation.
- Experience creating topic-specific IT guidelines and blueprints and communicating or consulting on them with system users.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, project management, conflict management, diplomacy, and resource-planning skills.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level; advanced German at C1 level is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and develop colleagues, understand business needs, simplify complex procedures, solve problems creatively, and remain effective during crises.
