Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver production code and contribute to the team’s technical vision, architecture, and development practices.
  • Build customer-facing capabilities and high-quality software artifacts for leave and accommodation services.
  • Design innovative customer experiences from ideation and prototyping through production.
  • Collaborate with product, service delivery, and design teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Contribute to team culture and help grow technical talent.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
