Responsibilities
- Develop and extend AGI services involving LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents within customer technology stacks.
- Integrate data sources, APIs, authentication controls, and compliance requirements into customer solutions.
- Drive proofs of concept, pilots, production rollouts, and reusable deployment automation.
- Create Terraform, Helm, CI/CD, and operational runbook resources for deployments.
- Instrument services with tracing, logging, and metrics and participate in on-call rotations.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, triage bugs, deliver patches and performance optimizations, and share best practices through reviews and workshops.
- Evaluate emerging frameworks and contribute field learnings, knowledge-base content, and reusable GitHub templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and 2+ years working with ML or data-intensive systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong software-engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience deploying containerized services on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Practical experience with LLM or generative-AI frameworks and vector databases.
- Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs, Kafka, and SQL or NoSQL stores.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
- Experience delivering RAG or agent-based AI solutions in regulated domains is preferred.
- Cloud or Kubernetes certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, CKA, or CKAD are preferred.
- Exposure to Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, Airflow, or dbt is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer engagements and on-site deployments.
