Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Systems Architects, Software Team Leads, and Software Developers to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions.
- Analyze complex information and design, develop, and troubleshoot database applications.
- Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements for business requirements.
- Prepare and document technical requirements, system designs, project tasks, effort estimates, and test plans.
- Develop, review, and execute automated and manual unit and integration tests before production.
- Troubleshoot application issues across production, quality assurance, and other environments.
- Document system problem resolutions and design decisions.
- Mentor software developers and IT staff members.
- Work with System Architects to review and approve program and subsystem designs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Java, Spring, Oracle, JPA/Hibernate, API design, data structures and algorithms, and advanced Java concepts.
- Proficiency with UNIX/Linux, Microsoft Windows, distributed computing, IDEs such as VS Code, and relational databases using SQL.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing deadlines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
