Responsibilities
- Lead agentic process workshops with enterprise manufacturing stakeholders across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Contract, and Plan-to-Manufacture.
- Convert spreadsheets, email threads, and tribal knowledge into structured agentic flows and determine standard versus custom engineering requirements.
- Own technical solution architecture across ERP, PLM, EDI, email, sourcing, and enterprise data integrations.
- Perform on-site prototyping to de-risk complex technical elements.
- Collaborate throughout the build with the offshore FDE engineering team, pairing on technical problems and resolving ambiguity.
- Lead UAT, measure post-launch value, support go-live, and capture reusable components and accelerators.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI agents, including LLMs, tool or function calling, RAG, autonomy, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing workshops or discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders.
- Experience architecting integrated enterprise solutions involving ERPs, enterprise data flows, and customer data contextualization.
- Hands-on technical depth sufficient to read, shape, and unblock code while pairing with software engineers.
- Working fluency in at least two of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Contract, and Plan-to-Manufacture.
- Preferred experience in software architecture, forward-deployed engineering, implementation leadership, or enterprise AI/ERP software.
- Preferred hands-on experience building and deploying agentic systems, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluations.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud deployment, APIs, and enterprise data integration patterns.
