Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-structured C++ applications.
- Use AI-assisted tools for code generation, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to feature planning, refinement, and design discussions.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, QA, Operations, and Product Owners on design, implementation, and deployment.
- Investigate and debug issues across development and test environments, including multithreaded scenarios.
- Communicate technical details and progress to teammates and stakeholders.
- Build understanding of system dependencies and broader business workflows while expanding technical skills through training and certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming experience with C++ and object-oriented development.
- Experience working in Linux development environments and understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and test-driven development.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, automated testing frameworks, multithreaded programming, Docker, Kubernetes, or Rust.
- Preferred familiarity with real-time or low-latency systems, market data feeds, financial technology, and AI tools in software development.
