Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design, build, refine, and integrate scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve productivity and product quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is required.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development, database management, and API-based integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience working in agile development environments and using version control systems.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
