Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design, build, refine, and integrate scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice initiatives that improve team productivity and product quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience working in agile development environments and using version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
