Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver trading features across Phantom Extension, Phantom Terminal, and the mobile app.
- Build core flows for spot trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead initiatives supporting additional blockchains and launch complementary products or infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, design, and trading teams to deliver intuitive discovery experiences.
- Interface directly with end users and developers, provide support, and gather feedback for product direction.
- Help foster a high-performing team culture and raise the bar with each new hire.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and React Native.
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience working with trading systems is preferred.
