Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, API, UI, load, stress, endurance, and performance testing.
- Design test automation frameworks and create automation scripts using appropriate API and UI testing layers.
- Create JMeter scripts and execute performance tests.
- Monitor automated regression tests, stabilize failures, and create bug reports.
- Analyze and clarify requirements, participate in requirements definition, and create comprehensive test cases and verification checklists.
- Supervise QA task allocation and mentor test engineers.
- Perform post-release feedback, issue analysis, and production deployment validation.
- Contribute to release plans, internal controls, process documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous test-process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with hands-on testing, test artifacts, and UI/API automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computers or a related field.
- Hands-on Java automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent UI frameworks.
- Hands-on API automation experience with Rest Assured or an equivalent framework.
- Experience with JUnit, TestNG, Maven or Gradle, Postman, Jenkins or comparable CI/CD tools, and version control.
- Experience with JMeter and performance testing.
- Knowledge of REST API testing, SQL and PostgreSQL indexes, Docker, docker-compose, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Experience or familiarity with SonarQube, Mulesoft, AI testing concepts, Salesforce features and limitations, and Allure or ReportPortal.
- Ability to lead QA activities, mentor engineers, multitask, collaborate, document processes, and evaluate new technologies or tools.
- Salesforce Certification is an advantage.
