Base Salary
$146k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into solution recommendations for technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for technical integrations to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER’s AI solutions within customer accounts.
Requirements
- More than five years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, including at least three years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs, designing sophisticated prompts, and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence for explaining AI concepts to technical teams and C-suite leaders.
- Builder’s mindset and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, experimentation, learning, and iteration.
- Strong customer and cross-functional collaboration skills with ownership of strategic account outcomes.
