Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot batch job execution to ensure uninterrupted transaction processing.
- Develop, troubleshoot, maintain, and version-control application transaction files.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on development and QA activities for forms and associated work.
- Work with server, network, and storage infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Understand subsystem interactions, functional dependencies, and failure points across the ERP environment.
- Maintain system documentation, operational compliance, process improvements, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in on-call troubleshooting during US non-business hours.
Requirements
- Deep technical skills in legacy Java, EJB, MySQL, and Oracle Database.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across multiple teams.
- Willingness to work on-call during US non-business hours.
- Business or functional analysis experience is desirable.
- An engineering degree is preferred.
