Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions for business needs and employee experience improvements.
- Lead integration efforts as a technical liaison by authoring specifications, field mappings, and architectural designs for global deployments.
- Apply software engineering expertise across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management modules.
- Build solutions using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
- Define requirements, estimate effort, and perform solution design, implementation, testing, analysis, and iterative refinement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday experience, including 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications.
- 4+ years developing Workday integrations with Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
- Proven success delivering medium- to large-scale Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
- Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas and security configurations, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management.
- Proficiency with SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT; Python or JavaScript familiarity is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Workday and Workday Extend certification are preferred.
