Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering efforts within Agile delivery teams.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Drive test strategy, risk-based testing, continuous improvement, and release certification.
- Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines and automate build, validation, and release processes.
- Perform black box, system, regression, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, QA, business, and geographically distributed scrum teams.
- Apply AI-assisted and agentic workflows to improve test creation, maintenance, engineering efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience automating build and release certification tasks as part of DevOps practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience testing automation workflows.
- Expert-level knowledge of black box, risk-based, system, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Advanced object-oriented programming skills with strong experience in C#/.NET or Java.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium or comparable test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence.
- Foundational knowledge of AI-assisted engineering, prompt-driven workflows, and responsible AI application.
- Ability to work independently, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience with SAFe or similar frameworks, multiple scrum teams, and geographically distributed environments.
