Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own tier-1 services that determine ad-serving eligibility across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Build global, auto-scalable, high-throughput services spanning campaign management, event logging, and multiple advertising programs.
- Set technical direction and contribute to architectural decisions for services supporting multiple Sponsored Ad programs.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, Product Managers, and Program Managers to deliver advertiser and customer experiences.
- Lead and inspire teammates while improving software quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience and programming experience in at least one software language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $143,700.00-$194,400.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
