Base Salary
$96k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices.
- Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using JSON and Postman.
- Design sustainable solutions that balance customer requests with platform guidelines and long-term stability.
- Provide client-facing support requiring deep functional or technical expertise.
- Configure and validate third-party integrations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on enhancement requests and detailed bug reports.
- Document configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups.
- Manage concurrent implementations and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Lead team review sessions and contribute to integration playbooks and best practices.
- Own technical relationships with external integration partners and support customer adoption of MANTL solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations in highly technical environments.
- Expert-level understanding of approaches to data integration with external systems.
- Proficiency with APIs and backend configuration tools, including REST APIs, SQL, and JSON.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations.
- Strong written documentation, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams.
- Ability to serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Preferred: experience with core banking or regulated financial systems.
- Preferred: experience with SAML, OIDC, TypeScript, Python, developing Agents, feature testing or pre-GA validation, and JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
