Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain software programs and modules using established project standards.
- Create and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system performance improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support timely delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and customer experience.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Python for Data Science skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software designs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Experience with software coding, testing, defect resolution, validation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to support customer communication, issue tracking, and quality-focused delivery.
