Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web applications and backend services using Ruby on Rails, Azure PaaS offerings, and other technologies.
- Design, document, test, install, and maintain software applications and services across multiple environments.
- Interpret functional and non-functional requirements and implement reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Analyze platform performance, identify operational issues, and recommend corrective improvements.
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Guide and mentor engineers and contribute to interviewing, recruiting, and hiring engineering team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- At least 5 years of experience with Ruby.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience with microservices.
- At least 2 years of experience with React.
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring team members.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for work with US clients.
