Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, quality processes, testing metrics, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Develop and execute test scripts for SAP MM Retail and SAP SD Retail scenarios.
- Support SAP retail application operations, change management, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization.
- Manage or support retail master data, procurement, inventory, assortment, sales order, pricing, billing, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
- Support data migration, cleansing, harmonization, training, user manual preparation, and process documentation.
- Manage integrations between SAP retail modules and POS, WMS, PIM, CRM, pricing, loyalty, finance, and other external systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in retail supply chain management.
- Experience managing and supporting software applications critical to supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM Retail, SAP S/4HANA SD Retail, and SAP IS-Retail.
- Experience with retail material and customer master data, procurement, inventory, sales order management, pricing, billing, returns, assortment, listing, and store operations.
- Experience with retail data migration, data cleansing, harmonization, testing, reporting, and analytics.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, MM, FI, POS, WMS, PIM, CRM, loyalty, and pricing systems.
