Responsibilities

  • Architect and evolve GenAI solutions focused on RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-driven automation.
  • Lead technical design decisions and define scalable, resilient, secure, and reusable enterprise architectures.
  • Own the full software lifecycle from design and development through deployment and production support.
  • Build and optimize AI-driven automation workflows and document processing pipelines.
  • Establish engineering practices for code quality, testing, observability, security, and AI systems at scale.
  • Identify and mitigate technical debt, technical risks, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Partner with product, architecture, business, risk, and security teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Present architecture strategies and trade-offs to senior leadership and executives.
  • Mentor engineers across teams and promote engineering excellence.
  • Lead complex problem solving, workflow automation optimization, and technical troubleshooting across multiple product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
  • Experience building AI-driven enterprise automation solutions.
  • Experience with OCR, NLP, Intelligent Document Processing, and document-centric workflow automation.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai or similar.
  • Strong software architecture, application development, technical troubleshooting, and software lifecycle knowledge.
  • Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Higher education such as a master's degree or PhD and relevant certifications are desirable.
