Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time event-based systems for the Offers team.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable systems.
- Apply governance around solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and own them from development through live operation.
- Estimate work, document solutions, distribute knowledge, and mentor team members.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Experience coaching and mentoring developers.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, or WPF.
