Responsibilities
- Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and iterative delivery plans.
- Build pipelines and integrations that ingest, transform, enrich, index, and retrieve structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Design and optimize RAG, semantic search, document-processing, vector retrieval, source attribution, and access-aware knowledge solutions.
- Build Claude- and LLM-powered applications, structured-output workflows, tool integrations, bounded agents, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, data, knowledge, APIs, and user experiences.
- Develop evaluation datasets, test plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, feedback mechanisms, and continuous-improvement processes.
- Apply privacy, security, governance, access-control, data-protection, and responsible-AI safeguards throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Investigate production issues, document technical designs and risks, and contribute reusable code, accelerators, playbooks, and delivery patterns.
- Conduct client workshops, architecture sessions, demonstrations, presentations, code reviews, and technical readouts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud-based services.
- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, SQL, or similar languages is valuable.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data, relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage.
- Experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data ingestion, or data integration.
- Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
- Experience building or supporting integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication or authorization patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and client-collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work directly with clients in a consulting and professional-services environment.
- Preferred experience includes Claude, the Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy, Anthropic partner enablement, RAG systems, vector databases, search technologies, LLM application frameworks, agentic AI, MCP, data platforms, data governance, ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and relevant cloud, data, ServiceNow, AI/ML, security, or agile certifications.
