Responsibilities
- Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify use cases and translate requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations for ingesting, transforming, enriching, indexing, and retrieving structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Develop and optimize Claude-powered RAG, semantic search, document intelligence, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
- Implement prompts, context strategies, structured outputs, tool use, API integrations, agentic workflows, validation, escalation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, data, knowledge, APIs, and user experiences.
- Create evaluation datasets, test plans, monitoring, logging, tracing, feedback mechanisms, and continuous-improvement processes.
- Apply access controls, privacy, security, governance, data protection, auditability, and responsible-AI safeguards.
- Communicate technical designs, tradeoffs, risks, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute reusable code, architecture patterns, accelerators, implementation playbooks, demos, proofs of concept, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud-based services.
- Strong Python proficiency; JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and SQL experience is valuable.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data, relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage.
- Experience with SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data ingestion, or data integration.
- Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM APIs.
- Experience building API-driven integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication and authorization patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and software delivery practices.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and client-collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work directly with clients in a consulting and professional-services environment.
- Preferred experience includes Claude, the Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy, RAG systems, vector databases, search technologies, LLM frameworks, agentic AI, Model Context Protocol, data platforms, governance, ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring, observability, enterprise consulting, or relevant cloud, data, ServiceNow, AI/ML, security, or agile certifications.
