Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer business needs into technical architectures.
Design and present tailored solutions, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.
Support RFP/RFI responses and address technical objections during sales cycles.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party services.
Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize API-based integrations using REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern authentication methods.
Support proof-of-concept builds, pilot implementations, customer onboarding, configuration, and technical implementation.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation blueprints, demo environments, integration templates, and solution accelerators.
Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful handoffs, enablement, and roadmap feedback.
Advise customers on system configuration, automation, optimization, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar role; the posting describes a typical range of 3–8+ years.
Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software environments.
Track record supporting complex technical sales cycles and implementations.
Expertise with APIs, including REST, GraphQL, SOAP, webhooks, and integration patterns.
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or Zapier.
Experience with data formats and transformation, including JSON, XML, and ETL processes.
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and knowledge of distributed systems, containerization, serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or C#.
Experience with SDKs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, enterprise systems, event streaming, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Strong technical communication, presentation, consultative problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
Exposure to AI/ML or automation tools is valued.
