Responsibilities
- Develop backend components and services for customer business needs using microservice architecture.
- Participate in application architecture decisions, solution development, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop and review feature design documents and update solution specifications.
- Design and implement unit, integration, functional, and other types of tests.
- Troubleshoot, profile, and debug applications while improving development processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, QA professionals, and other stakeholders in an international distributed Agile team.
- Deliver the product roadmap and planning while maintaining high coding standards and performant, testable, automatable code throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- More than five years of software development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of clean code, object-oriented programming and design, SOLID, DDD, TDD, BDD, algorithms, data structures, architectural patterns, enterprise patterns, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of database theory, including RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
- Knowledge of security patterns, reverse-engineering resistance, common attack types, and OWASP.
- Understanding of network protocols, REST and RPC conventions, authentication and authorization flows, OAuth, and JWT.
- Excellent knowledge and commercial experience with C# and .NET.
- Commercial experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, REST API development, NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, Entity Framework, Dapper, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, messaging systems, web servers, Git, continuous integration tools, builders, and NoSQL databases.
- More than two years of experience with testing frameworks.
- Experience with troubleshooting, profiling, and debugging applications.
