Responsibilities
- Define and document end-to-end solution architectures for AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Design distributed architectures using microservices, APIs, and synchronous and asynchronous communication strategies.
- Define architectural patterns using DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Saga.
- Design event-driven solutions using Azure Event Hub and other messaging technologies.
- Establish software quality standards covering unit, integration, contract, and smoke testing.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration flows, deployment models, and Architecture Decision Records.
- Evaluate scalability, security, observability, performance, and operational costs.
- Lead technical reviews and support engineering teams in architectural decision-making.
- Serve as the primary technical reference for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and prioritize AI business opportunities and use cases.
- Design and execute Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry adoption strategies.
- Conduct discovery workshops, envisioning sessions, and roadmap planning for AI initiatives.
- Develop enablement, communication, and engagement strategies to drive AI adoption.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and value indicators for adoption and business outcomes.
- Promote responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance practices aligned with Microsoft standards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect.
- Proven experience defining distributed and scalable architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of microservices and modern architectural patterns.
- Practical experience with .NET Core, C#, Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Azure Event Hub, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Experience with data modeling, PostgreSQL, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of testing strategies for distributed environments.
- Experience designing, implementing, and governing AI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience creating AI use cases and facilitating workshops with business teams.
- Knowledge of KPIs, adoption metrics, and value measurement.
- Knowledge of AI security, governance, and responsible use.
- Experience with digital transformation, technology adoption, or change management programs.
- Executive and technical communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Advanced English for meetings, workshops, and interactions with global teams and clients.
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure certifications, especially AZ-305, AZ-204, AI-102, AI-900, and MS-4004.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, containers, DevOps/SRE, large-scale observability and monitoring, technical leadership, mentoring, global projects, and multicultural environments.
