Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, design, program, debug, and modify account updater services and other software products.
- Build and maintain Java backend web applications using Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and related frameworks.
- Work with teammates and product owners to translate requirements into designs and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support development and DevOps efforts, including CI/CD, containerized implementations, and automation testing.
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 people and provide cross-functional technical support.
- Apply sound coding, software development lifecycle, design pattern, and ownership practices.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, web services, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, web application, and microservices architecture experience.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and other relational or non-relational databases.
- Experience with Hibernate, JUnit, Spring Batch, Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, Tomcat, and JBoss.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and the OpenShift platform.
- Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and API-based automation testing.
- Knowledge of AWS, design patterns, REST and SOAP web services, and containerized implementations.
- Ability to lead 3 to 4 people, collaborate with product owners, interpret requirements, and take end-to-end ownership.
- Comfort with AI tools and terminology.
