Responsibilities

Analyze business, client, and user needs and design appropriate technical solutions.
Design BE, FE, and integration functionality with an emphasis on clean and maintainable solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and collaborate with architects and application specialists.
Develop and analyze the Salesforce CRM solution for corporate clients.
Design changes to processes, data models, and integrations.
Analyze data flows and their effects on CRM and reporting.
Create functional specifications for tender documentation.
Support business users in defining, refining, and validating requirements.
Participate in testing, incident resolution, and improving delivered solution quality.
Coordinate with teams across the bank to modernize the CRM ecosystem and communicate with Erste Group in English.

Experience analyzing requirements and proposing practical technical solutions.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
Experience with object-oriented development, ideally with React, Java, or Kotlin.
Experience using a version-control system such as Git.
Basic understanding of CI/CD and modern development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-structuring, communication, proactive, and independent-working skills.
Ability to coordinate requirements and communicate in English with Erste Group.
Cloud experience is an advantage.
Additional experience in solution architecture, analysis, testing, security, or performance is advantageous.
Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is advantageous.
