Responsibilities
- Design and implement platform features supporting marketplace integrations through the Foundry platform.
- Lead technical implementations from concept through deployment and sustainment.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to innovate on platform features.
- Respond to service vulnerability indicators and test services in pre-production before production deployment.
- Analyze and resolve complex platform issues using monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity partners to deliver successful integrations.
- Drive platform improvements using data-driven decisions and customer feedback.
- Maintain high availability and performance across platform services.
- Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform, AWS or GCP.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent languages.
- Deep understanding of API architectures and integration patterns.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and EDR/XDR solutions.
- Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Experience working directly with customers or partners is a bonus.
- Security certifications are a bonus.
- Container orchestration and observability-tool experience are bonuses.
- Knowledge of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform is a bonus.
