Base Salary

$102k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and services for data-driven business solutions.
  • Architect high-performance frontend interfaces and backend services with reliable cross-system integrations.
  • Build RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
  • Drive application observability through logging, alerting, and performance monitoring strategies.
  • Lead technical initiatives of moderate to large scope and provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Champion code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.
  • Use caching, messaging, cloud-native architectures, and other techniques to improve application performance and automation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on frontend development experience with React.js and Node.js.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and server-side logic with Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Spanner, or Postgres databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms such as GCP, and Git.
  • Working knowledge of PubSub and Kafka messaging patterns for real-time data processing.
  • Working knowledge of unit, regression, and integration testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience using AI assistants in software development workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred qualifications include Redis, LLM and AI technology integration, observability and monitoring tools, infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native architectures, mentoring, and technical initiative leadership.
  • A master’s degree and healthcare industry experience are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
