  • Execute and analyze performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Python, Java, and related automation tools.
  • Design and validate multi-region disaster-recovery scenarios, RTO/RPO targets, failover triggers, replication, state consistency, and post-failover behavior.
  • Build and maintain performance-testing automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
  • Test Kafka producer/consumer performance, replication lag, message throughput, and cross-region data consistency.
  • Integrate test results with observability and APM platforms and correlate them with production telemetry.
  • Document testing methodologies, baselines, trend analysis, and regulatory evidence.
  • Mentor QE engineers and collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams on requirements and capacity planning.
  • Ensure performance testing aligns with regulatory requirements for clearing, settlement, risk, and other financial-market infrastructure.
