Base Salary
$220k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to design Salesforce-based solutions for complex service use cases.
- Lead technical discussions with clients about Salesforce capabilities and translate business needs into Service Cloud architecture.
- Architect scalable ticketing and case management solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Create reference architectures and implementation playbooks for support and service delivery.
- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in Salesforce as needed.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in technical CRM architecture or enterprise solutions engineering with a focus on Salesforce.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management and automation capabilities.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
- Experience designing scalable data models and automation in Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success in leading technical pre-sales design engagements.
