Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify customer requirements and processes.
Translate functional user stories into technical details and solutions.
Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
Develop solution designs using hands-on programming and engineering best practices.
Lead development-team task distribution and conduct code reviews.
Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
Serve as the lead technical resource on enterprise projects with minimal direction.

Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs.
Knowledge of JSON and related services, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Lambda integrations, CloudWatch logging, and CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect solutions.
Preferred experience with DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, other contact center technologies, WFM, CRM, WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and advanced AWS services and cloud architecture.
Preferred AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Remote or in-person work options are available, including work from the Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
