- Build and scale Coframe’s AI growth engineering offering
- Help shape the direction of the product and the future of growth engineering
- Build high-quality, complex, and maintainable products quickly
- Help Coframe’s AI system perform growth engineering for customers
Requirements
- World-class growth engineering experience
- Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for great experiments
- Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases
- Ability to ship quickly while balancing quality and speed
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with LLMs is a plus
- Early-stage startup or founder experience is a plus
