Base Salary
$215k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features in the core platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams.
- Architect and develop front-end components using React and TypeScript.
- Work on back-end services and APIs with Node.js and Python.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and coding standards.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of features from ideation to production.
- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Contribute to the company’s technical roadmap and set standards for code quality.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in full-stack engineering.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Proven technical leadership experience for at least 1 year.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Past experience working at a startup or fast-growing tech company.
