Base Salary
$215k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features for the core platform.
- Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices, coding standards, and architecture.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from ideation through production.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and establish standards for code quality and development processes.
- Help define and evolve the engineering culture.
Requirements
- At least six years of full-stack engineering experience with expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- At least one year of proven technical leadership experience, ideally including mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience at a startup or fast-growing technology company.
