Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain, and support internal software applications, automations, APIs, services, and integration interfaces.
  • Develop template solutions for complex integration cases and translate business stakeholder needs into integration solutions.
  • Own services end to end by monitoring application and integration health, performance, and relevant metrics.
  • Identify and resolve live production issues while mitigating customer impact within SLA requirements.
  • Evaluate architecture options based on cost, business requirements, technology requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive automation and new functionality in reliability tools and identify process, system, and structural improvements.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • At least five years of IT industry experience and at least three years of software development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Mule 4.x, CloudHub 1.0, and ideally CloudHub 2.0.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration concepts and technologies including EDA, MOA, SOA, SOAP, REST APIs, RPC/RFC, Kafka, and integration patterns.
  • Experience across monolithic, hybrid, distributed, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with API-led design using RAML/OAS and supporting APIs through their full lifecycle; system observability experience with tools such as Graphite and Grafana is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
