Responsibilities
- Architect and implement resilient, scalable systems for music supply chain applications.
- Design and maintain data streams and integrations across upstream and downstream applications.
- Lead development projects involving multiple components and teams while setting architectural direction.
- Create and review complex technical solutions, fix critical bugs, and drive engineering standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and facilitate collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Support event-driven architectures, messaging integrations, APIs, databases, authentication, monitoring, and application maintenance.
- Drive technical strategy, innovation, knowledge sharing, and alignment with customer, operational, and OKR objectives.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or comparable education and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience designing, developing, and delivering production-grade applications.
- Extensive proficiency in Java, JVM-based languages, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration, and related Spring frameworks.
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Strong experience with event-driven architecture and publish/subscribe messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS.
- Expertise in relational databases, SQL, schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Hands-on API design and integration experience, including RESTful and event-based interfaces.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and access management patterns.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including S3, RDS, VPC, and messaging or streaming services.
- Familiarity with distributed caching, enterprise and data integration, observability, object-oriented programming, and functional programming.
- Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with advanced AWS services and infrastructure management, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and serverless computing such as AWS Lambda.
