Responsibilities
- Lead and own the technical solution design for complete Agentforce implementations.
- Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation or code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Analyze Agentforce agent limits and boundaries and develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers.
- Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and final deployment across the project lifecycle.
- Track new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application and software development experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are preferred.
