Responsibilities

Lead and own the technical solution design for complete Agentforce implementations.
Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation or code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Analyze Agentforce agent limits and boundaries and develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers.
Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and final deployment across the project lifecycle.
Track new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

At least 6 years of application and software development experience.
At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
At least 15 years of full-time education.
Experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are preferred.

Remote work is available, with options to work from the Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
Certain roles may require up to 25% travel.
